★ Rare Eagle Amulet ★
1st - 2nd century AD. Silver eagle pendant with a golden wire imitating a harness going roung the neck through the belly and around the foot. Standing on a square base, with large suspension hoop to the rear; brown patina. Rare example with gold! Provenance: Property of a South London gentleman, from his family collection since before 1980s.
