Ca. 3000-2000 BC. Cylinder seal of white marble. A standing figure with raised arms, another tête-bêche, two sideways, quadrupeds and other items. Rare. Worn. Accompanied by a signed scholarly note by Professor Wilfrid George Lambert. Size: L:39mm / W:21mm ; 24.07g Provenance: Property of a London gallery; formerly with a Mayfair Art dealer S.A.; ex. 1990s London collections, studied and catalogued by professor Lambert in the early 90s (with original note, signed by him). Previously in an old British collection formed since the 1960s.
