Of square shape, the fragment is carved with a seated couple, seated like a Roman tutelary couple most probably Hariti and Panchika, respectively the Goddess of Fertility and the God of Wealth, the male character holding a purse, his female consort Hariti holding a lotus flower.For a similar, see Pal, Pratapaditya.
