ACHAEMENID BRONZE VESSEL - SUPERB PATINA

A bronze bowl fashioned from hammered bronze sheet. These bowls were containers used to store a variety of different items. They were primarily used to store liquids, such as wine, oil, and honey, but they could also store grains, spices, and other food items. They were particularly popular in the ancient Mediterranean, where they were also used in religious ceremonies and rituals.
