BACTRIAN OR ELAMITE BRONZE FIGURE

A cast bronze male figure wearing a short skirt, depicted with squared shoulders and a long hairdo with incised details. Left arm bent at elbow, holding an implement. A spike protrudes from the top of his head, which probably once secured his headdress, now missing. This item retains some scattered areas of blue-green surface patina. This item comes with a custom-made stand. A rare example.
