BACTRIAN BRONZE OPEN WORK STAMP SEAL WITH SUN MOTIF - ORIGINAL LAMBERT REPORT
Ca. 2200 - 1800 BC A Bactrian bronze seal stamp with an ornamental geometric pattern. In the center is a depiction of the rosette, connected to an outer band by extending from each arm. The design utilizes the openwork technique, with both a flat face and back. Encircling the openwork at the center is a grooved metal outer band.
