PAIR OF TERRACOTTA OIL LAMPS WITH DECORATED HANDLES
Ca. AD 400 - 500 A pair of Levantine terracotta oil lamps with pointed oval bodies and prominent decorated handles. At the top, the lamps have a large hole with a double rim surrounded by a stylised motif. The handles have a moulded decoration depicting lines. On the back, the lamp, on the left, is adorned with phytomorphic motifs around its discoid foot.
