Hadrian (117-138). AE Dupondius, Rome mint,118 AD. Obv. IMP CAESAR TRAIANVS HADRIANVS AVG. Radiate bust right, with drapery on left shoulder. Rev. PONT MAX TR POT COS II /ADVENTVS AVG/SC. Roma, seated right on cuirass,holding spear in left hand and clasping right hand with Hadrian. RIC II 554; C. 92. AE. 13.85 g. 28.50 mm. Deep emerald green patina, with lighter highlights and earthen deposits. Minor hair-line flan crack at 3-4 o' clock, otherwise good VF.
