Anonymous Folles. Attributed to Romanus IV. AE Follis. Constantinople mint. Obv. Nimbate half-length bust of Christ facing, raising hand in benediction and holding scroll. Rev. Nimbate half-length bust of the Theotokos facing, orans. D.O. pp. 692-4, Class G; Sear 1867. AE. 7.15 g. 26.50 mm. Lovely green bluish patina. Excellent conditions for the issue. EF.
