KINGS OF MACEDON. Kassander, as Regent, 317-305 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 27.04 mm, 17.05 g). In the name and types of Alexander III. Pella, circa 317/6-315/4 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin. Rev. AΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ, Zeus Aëtophoros seated left on throne, holding eagle and sceptre; to left, Boeotian shield; below throne, coiled serpent. Price 249. Toned. Light scratches. Good Very Fine.
