Tetradrachm of wide size and well centred on both sides, showing a slightly draped adult bust of Marcus Aurelius left with high relief and good style. On reverse is a big bust of Capitoline Zeus of Roman and not Egyptian tradition. A coin of great rarity, known by RPC IV. 4 in only three specimens.
