The decoration consists of a black enameled cross with the image of St Eugene in the center bordered around with the inscription: "St Eugene of Trebizond" in greek language. Byzantine crown on top and black-and-white ribbon suspended through a double-headed eagle.

Extremely fine with intact enamel.
