CILICIA. Tarsos. Mazaios AR Stater. (Satrap of Cilicia, 361/0-334/3 BC).
Obv: Baaltars seated left on throne, holding eagle-tipped sceptre; to left, grain ear and grape bunch above Aramaic letter; Aramaic letter below throne.
Rev: Lion left, attacking bull right above crenellated walls.
Casabonne Series 4, Group B; SNG BN 359.
Condition: About very fine.
Weight: 10.78 g.
Diameter: 22.5 mm.
