CIMMERIAN BOSPOROS, Gorgippa. Time of Mithridates VI Eupator (Circa 2nd-1st Century BC).Ae. (Orichalcum).
Obverse: Draped bust of Mên to right, wearing laureate Phrygian cap decorated with star-on-crescent and additional stars.
Reverse: ΓOP-ΓIΠ/ΠE-ΩN Dionysos standing facing, head to left, holding bunch of grapes in his right hand and thyrsos with his left; at feet to left, panther.
