PB Byzantine seal of Gregory doux (11th-12th century AD).
Obv: Bust of St. Theodore holding a spear and shield. Sigla on either side: ὁ ἅ(γιος) Θεόδω[ρ]ο[ς]. Border of dots.
Rev: Inscription of seven lines, a cross above: σὸν Γρη[γ]όριον οἰ[κ]έτην σῶ[σ]ον, Λόγε, τὸν [δού]κα λιταῖς [μ]άρτυρος [Θ]εοδώρ[ου]. Border of dots.
Translation: Divine Logos, preserve your servant, the doux Gregory, through the intercessions of the martyr Theodore.
