Kings of Macedon, Alexander III 'the Great', AR Drachm, 4.36 g. - 18.19 mm. Early posthumous issue of Kolophon, ca. 310-301 BC.
Obv.: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin.
Rev.: AΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ. Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and sceptre. Crescent in left field; below throne, monogram (KAP) below strut.
