Mark Antony. Autumn 32-spring 31 BC. AR Denarius ( 20 mm, 3,51 g.). Legionary type. Patrae(?) mint. Praetorian galley right; ANT • AVG above, III VIR • R • P • C below. Rev. Aquila between two signa; LEG XV across lower field. Crawford 544/30; CRI 371; RSC 47. Struck on irregular flan, some areas of flatness over the galley but a clearly readable number of legion. Very fine.
