A trio of Thrace, Maroneia, ca. 189-145 BC. Silver Tetradrachms. Ivy-wreathed head of young Dionysos right. Reverse Nude Dionysos standing half-left, holding grapes, narthex stalks and cloak; monogram to left and right. Cf. Schönert-Geiss 1235/1. Pleasing portrait and and each lightly toned.
