Republic gold Pond 1896 MS60 NGC, Pretoria mint, KM10.2, Hern-Z49. Slightly better date for the ZAR pond series in general, and in this comparatively lofty state of preservation in particular, just over 15% of the certified population at NGC grading above AU. Only the fourth example we have ever offered in Mint State, and considerable as a conditional rarity.
