These handsome presentation pieces are completely void of netting defects, which is highly unusual for the type. The inking is crisp and pleasing on this small sized prototype. This series ultimately went unissued, which leaves Specimen and Proofs as the only means to obtain this seldom encountered design. POCs are present on both examples.
