Leopold I silver Proof Restrike 20 Francs 1865 PR65 NGC, Bogaert-923B1. Plain edge. An exceedingly frosty selection within this restruck series, the devices quite nearly cameoed against the fields while a bring ring of tone embraces the devices from the peripheries. Almost certainly conservatively graded. While the mintage is unknown, the collector estimates that there are between 5 and 25 pieces struck of this issue. Sold with Administration des Monnaies envelope.
