A quite elusive colonial Prova issue, indicating both by its incredibly scant auction appearances, as well as its comparatively low certified population--NGC has seen only 3 to date, of which this is the finest. Showcasing cocoa-brown surfaces brightened considerably by mint red highlights, and fully eye-appealing.
