Two 1 Piastre denominations for Laos are seen in Specimen form in this lot. Notice that they are attributed to subsequent dates, despite their designs being completely different without any cohesion whatsoever. Perforated cancellations are mentioned on each. Scarce and desirable, both Specimen feature EPQ status.
