Sinkiang. Hsüan-t'ung 5 Miscals (5 Mace) ND (1910) XF40 PCGS, KM-Y6.6 (1905), L&M-819A, Kann-1015 (1905), Hsien-Chang-210. Type with circle around dragon and 8-petalled flower on obverse. A promising mid-grade and moderately handled example boasting peach-tinged central details displaying striking weakness commonly associated with these crude issues, likely contributing to the fairly conservative designation assigned by PCGS. The obverse (reverse as holdered) faces up even finer than the grade would indicate, with minimal instances of wear and surprisingly abundant luster to the protected regions of the legends. Ex.
