Younger bust with 1 flower in bottom panel of jabot, no V on ground line of bust, and with V on reverse. Displaying a firm strike and vibrant, gleaming golden color across fully Mint State features, tinged in soft tangerine color at the lower obverse periphery. Scattered friction, primarily in the obverse fields left and right of Victoria, defines the grade.
