Diademed bust of Phraates IV left; eagle flying left behind, crowning king with wreath, countermark engraved in the die of Bactrian style helmeted bust right with beaded border / corrupted form of ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩN | ΑΡ-ΣΑΚΟY / EYEPΓETOY / ΔΙKΑΙΟY | ΕΠIΦΑNOYΣ / ΦΙΛΕΛΛΗNΟΣ, Royal archer (Arsaces I) seated right on throne, holding bow; AT monogram below bow.
