Cuba Banco Nacional de Cuba 5 Pesos ND (1905) Pick 67 PMG Very Fine 20. All banknotes from the 1905 series are rare, as the series was cut short almost immediately after issue. Apparently, word did not reach some smaller towns, where perhaps notes circulated, unbeknownst to bank and Government officials. This example was circulated and was finally returned to the bank and cancelled. A seldom-seen type note and the second highest denomination of the series.
