A remarkably firmly and carefully struck piece, compelling the viewer to take pause and appreciate the intricate decoration on Bolivar's collar; even his mustache and sideburns can be admired in fine detail on this exceptional specimen. The fields are luminous, with stunning, cobalt target toning encroaching the margins on the reverse. Presently surpassed by only one example in the NGC census.
