A compelling example of this highly sought-after milled type, featuring the 'MX' mintmark as opposed to the more usual 'Mo.' This bold strike with sharp details bears a gunmetal gray tone and residual luster adhering to the motifs, creating captivating eye appeal. Only three examples have been awarded a straight grade at NGC and only one of them at Mint State preservation.
