PARTHIAN KINGDOM. Phraates IV (ca. 38-2 BC). AR drachm (19mm, 4.05 gm, 12h). NGC MS 4/5 - 3/5, brushed. Mithradatkart. Diademed and draped bust left, royal wart on forehead; eagle flying left behind crowning king with wreath in beak / Blundered Greek legend, archer (Arsaces I) enthroned right, in Parthian dress, with bow in outstretched right hand; O behind throne, MTΘ monogram below bow.
