OENOCHOÉ ATELIER DU PEINTRE DE KONNAKIS
En terre-cuite vernissée noire et rehauts blanc et ocre. La panse piriforme repose sur une base discoïdale. Le cou est décoré d'une bande concentrique jaune encadrée d'une guirlande figurée par des points blancs. Au centre, un profil féminin relié à la frise par un ruban. La lèvre trilobée et elle aussi décorée à la jonction avec l'anse d'un protomé de lion de couleur blanc et jaune. Quelques éclats à l'anse et à la lèvre. Très belle conservation générale.

A Gnathia black ware oinochoe with white and yellow pigments. Workshop of the Konnakis painter. The pear-shaped body rests on a discoidal base. The neck is decorated with a yellow concentric band framed by a garland represented by white dots. In the center, a female profile connected to the frieze by a ribbon. The trilobed lip and also decorated at the junction with the handle of a lion protome of white and yellow color. Some chips on the handle and on the lip. Very good general preservation. Ca. 375-350 B.C.
