A rare Bordeaux printing of a revision of the law of 8 septembre 1791, intended to remove some of the requirements affecting the coinage of copper coinage derived from melted church bells: "L'Assemblée Nationale, après avoir déclaré l'urgence, décrete que les especes de cuivre seront dispenfées de la formalité de l'article VIII de la loi du 8 Septembre 1791, & monnoyées fans distinction des semestres où elles auront été fabriquées." A very late numismatic document by this ill-fated monarch. Rare: not in Engel & Serrure (the Paris printing is No. 7881 in the Supplément).
