The Volume II, No. 2 issue includes a two-page Supplement. Once folded, occasional dustiness and separation at folds. Very good, overall. Very rare issues of this interesting and informative publication. Bibliographically confusing: a Volume I, Nos. 1 and 2 were issued in 1878; the journal not taking off, Steigerwalt started it up again the next year and reverted back to Volume I, No. 1. Davis 1004.
