This series of five volumes plus the supplement covers the 1822–1959 period and is a remarkable pioneering effort, underwritten by the compiler and distributed to three dozen or so recipients on a complimentary basis. It is a massive compilation, meticulously compiled, of all of the publications known to the author, including an illustration of each and a list of the various issues published.
