Napoleon in a tunic and bicorn hat, chiseled metal bust with grey patina, the emperor with youthful features looks far away. Base with two steps in green veined marble decorated with a bronze eagle. Signature hollowed in the mass. Overall height 47 cm, 34 cm for the bust alone. Around 1900. Extremely fine condition! Rapha?l Nannini (1852 - 1925) trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, spent part of his life in Paris, where he specialized in sculpted representations of the Empire. An impressive, very important dimensioned bust of high quality!
