(Parmese type, with minuscule “Omega”), 18x13 mm, in GOLD and enamel, of
early manufacture; hinged suspension crown; star of the order of Neapolitan
type (majuscule “Omega”), with smooth rays, the centre in gold and red enamel, upper suspension ring; both with original, miniature ribbon and sewn together.
