AY K OΠΠEΛ CEYH MAKΡINOC Laureate and cuirassed bust of Macrinus to right, wearing aegis on his left shoulder. Rev. ΥΠ AΓΡIΠΠA NIKOΠOΛ-ITΩN ΠΡOC / ICTΡΩ Macrinus, raising his right hand, driving quadriga to right preceded by Virtus holding vexillum in her left hand and looking back; above, trophy flanked by two captives seated on ground line; on chariot, Nike flying right, holding wreath and palm frond.
