LESBOS. Mytilene. Circa 377-326 BC. Hekte (Electrum, 10 mm, 2.54 g, 11 h). Laureate head of Apollo to right. Rev. Head of a female to right, her hair bound in sakkos; behind, coiled serpent; all within linear square within incuse square. Bodenstedt 100A. SNG Copenhagen 317 var. (serpent on obverse). SNG von Aulock 1714. Sharp and well centered. Extremely fine.
