LESBOS. Mytilene. Circa 377-326 BC. Hekte (Electrum, 10 mm, 2.52 g, 7 h). Head of Kabeiros to right, wearing wreathed cap; two stars flanking. Rev. Head of Persephone to right within linear square within incuse square. Bodenstedt 99. SNG Copenhagen 321. SNG von Aulock 1729. A splendid piece. Struck slightly off center, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
