INDIA, Kushan Empire. Vasudeva II, circa 290-310. Drachm (Bronze, 14 mm, 3.56 g, 12 h). Vasudeva II standing front, head to left, holding trident in his left hand and sacrificing over altar with his right. Rev. Shiva standing facing; behind, the bull Nandi, his companion, standing left; in upper field to right, lotus flower. ANS Kushan 1664-1665. Rare. Somewhat rough on the obverse and struck on a somewhat short flan as usual, otherwise, very fine.
