Timotheos, monk, circa 9th-10th century. Stamp Seal (Bronze, 15 mm, 18.18 g). +KЄ R, \ TⲰ CⲰ Δ \ TIMⲰΘЄⲰ \ MONAX ("Lord, help Timotheos, monk") engraved retrograde in four lines. A highly interesting personal seal of a Byzantine monk. Very fine.
