Uncertain, circa 6th-7th century. Amulet (Lead, 14x18 mm, 2.60 g, 12 h). Nimbate saint on horseback to right, holding cruciform scepter. Rev. Pillar-saint (Symeon the Younger?) wearing monastic hood, seated on top of a column; to right, ladder placed against the column; to outer left and right, angels holding wreaths. Cf. L. Wamser: Die Welt von Byzanz - Europas östliches Erbe, 310 (round planchet, but very similar iconography). Very fine.
