★ An extremely rare issue from Dikaia ★

MACEDON. Dikaia. Circa 450-425/0 BC. AE (Bronze, 13 mm, 1.85 g, 5 h). Youthful male head to left, with ram's horn over his ear. Rev. ΔΙΚΑΙΟ Head of a bull to left. CNG E-Auction 406 (2017), 120 corr. (obverse misdescribed as head of a nymph). Naumann 43 (2016), 158 corr. (obverse misdescribed as head of a nymph). Extremely rare. The obverse struck somewhat off center, otherwise, very fine.
