Diva Faustina Senior, died 140/1. As (Copper, 29 mm, 9.34 g, 6 h), Rome, circa 141-142. DIVA AVGVSTA FAVSTINA Draped bust of Diva Faustina Senior to right. Rev. S C Crescent with seven stars around. BMC 1476. Cohen 275. RIC 1199. Rare. A beautiful piece with a wonderful turquoise patina. Some traces of corrosion on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
