MP - ΘV The Virgin, nimbate, seated facing on throne, wearing pallium and maphorium, holding with both hands nimbate head of infant Christ on her breast. Rev. ICAAKIOC ΔЄCΠΟ Isaac II standing facing on the left, wearing crown and loros, holding cruciform scepter in his right hand and sword in sheath together with Archangel Michael, nimbate, standing facing on the right in military attire; above the head of the emperor, manus Dei; in field to right, X / OA / X / M; below, M.
