Elagabalus, 218-222. Denarius (Silver, 18 mm, 3.26 g, 12 h), Rome, 219. IMP ANTONINVS AVG Laureate and draped bust of Elagabalus to right, seen from behind. Rev. FIDES MILITVM Fides standing front, head to right, holding vexillum in her right hand and signum in her left. BMC 133. Cohen -. RIC 73. Thirion 102. A lightly toned, well struck and nicely centered piece. Extremely fine.
