INDIA, Independent States. Vijayanagar. Krishnadeva Raya, 1509-1529. 1/2 Pagoda (Gold, 9 mm, 1.69 g). Balakrishna seated facing; to left, chakra; to right, sankha. Rev. SRI PRATAPA KRISHNARAYA (in Devanagari). Mitchiner, South I, 641f. Sharply struck and attractive. Light doubling on the reverse, otherwise, good extremely fine.
