★ A very rare hemidrachm from Segesta in exceptional condition ★
SICILY. Segesta. Circa 380 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 12 mm, 1.65 g, 2 h). Hound to right. Rev. Head of the nymph Segesta to right within round incuse. Hurter 35f ( same dies ). Very rare and in exceptional condition for the issue. Beautifully toned and very well struck. Extremely fine.
From a European collection, formed before 2005.
