LOCAL ISSUES, Chach. Ton, circa 750-800. AE (Bronze, 19 mm, 1.28 g, 12 h), Ton, circa 750-800. The joined facing heads of the ruler and queen. Rev. The tamgha of an unknown principality; legend around, ‘βγy twwn xʾγʾn’, i.e. ‘βaγ-i Ton xāγān’ (‘Lord Ton Kaghan’ in Sogdian). Shagalov & Kuznetsov 180. Very rare. Edges partially broken away, otherwise, about very fine.
