Valens, 364-378. Siliqua (Silver, 19 mm, 2.13 g, 12 h), Constantinopolis, 367-375. D N VALENS P F AVG Pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Valens to right. Rev. VOT / VX / MVLT / XX in four lines within laurel wreath; in exergue, C(Chi-Rho)S. RIC 38b. Rare. A few scrapes and scratches and with a flan crack, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
